This role is responsible for delivering white-glove service by providing timely, accurate, and proactive support across the full lifecycle for all lines of business (Investment & Insurance). The RAC will act as a knowledgeable resource, guiding Advisors and directly working with Advisors and clients to aid them through platform registration, product education, policy acquisition, transaction processing, servicing requests, operational support and issue resolution with a focus on efficiency and relationship management. Registered Advisor Concierge is responsible for managing insurance case processing while also supporting advisors in a registered capacity with their broker-dealer. This includes serving as the liaison between advisors, carriers, and the broker-dealer, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing administrative assistance with client accounts. In addition to case management, this role may handle certain licensed functions such as processing variable insurance paperwork or assisting with securities-related documentation under advisor direction. The Registered Advisor Coordinator plays a vital role in managing new policy acquisition and increases to existing life, disability, long term care, and annuity insurance from submission to issue. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central resource for assigned advisors, clients, vendors (carries and broker-dealer), and internal teams with inquiries related to insurance products, processes, and transactions.
- Deliver personalized, concierge-level service by anticipating advisor and client needs and offering solutions before issues arise.
- Act as the registered administrative liaison for advisors, ensuring operational compliance with broker-dealer protocols, processing requests accurately, and facilitating communication between advisors and the broker-dealer
- Support and manage the end-to-end case process for life insurance, long term care, disability insurance, and annuity applications
- Proactively monitor cases and communicate updates, requirements, and potential delays to advisors and clients.
- Communicate directly with advisors, carriers, broker-dealer contacts, and internal team members to ensure timely and accurate case progression.
- Ensure proper documentation is collected and maintained throughout the case life cycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve case issues quickly and effectively.
- Assist advisors with broker-dealer paperwork, licensing/registration requirements, and compliance documentation, as applicable
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Life, Disability, LTC, and Annuities.
- Have a foundational understanding of Broker Dealer offerings, Medicare, Health, Property & Casualty insurance to support advisor inquiries and direct them to the appropriate third-party relationship.
- Document and track interactions to identify trends and recommend process improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements, product updates, and industry best practices to ensure accurate information is provided.
- Field product, underwriting, and process-related questions from advisors with a high level of professionalism.

Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
- 5+ years of experience within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proficiency or ability to quickly acclimate to broker dealer platform, case management systems, carrier portals, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, suitability requirements, and regulatory considerations.
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 and state insurance licenses (Life/Variable), or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a service-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under time-sensitive deadlines.
- Proficient in CRM systems, workflow tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
